Which companies is crewQI for?
Companies whose employees work across customer addresses, buildings, worksites or other locations.
What do employees record in crewQI?
Employees choose a location and record the start, breaks and finish of their work.
Can we check records?
Yes. You can review timesheets by period, employee and location and see which records need attention.
Can we export timesheets?
Yes. The current management application supports CSV and PDF exports. A payroll connection is available only when configured for your organisation.
Does crewQI have an API?
Yes. The API documentation describes organisation-scoped access to locations, employees, work records, timesheets and materials, among other resources.
Can we start a trial immediately?
Yes. After you submit the form, a trial account is created and you receive an email to confirm access and set your password.
Is the general 2027 measure final?
No. The federal government announced a system from 2027. The final implementation rules and precise scope are still decisive.
Does crewQI provide legal advice or guarantee compliance?
No. crewQI helps companies organise time registration and links to official information, but it does not provide legal advice or guarantee compliance.
