What data?
For a request, we process the details you provide, along with language, starting page, and campaign information present in your browser. Analytics events use a first-party visitor ID only after consent.
What the website does not use to recognise you
The website does not use canvas, audio, installed fonts or WebGL to create a browser fingerprint. Passwords, employee files and customer documents are not part of website analytics. Network data such as an IP address and browser information is used on the server only when required for security and correct operation, with restricted access and retention.
Public chatbot
AI can make mistakes; verify important information with a qualified human source.
If you use the public chatbot, we process your messages and the assistant’s response to answer your question, limit abuse and allow authorised staff to review the conversation. With analytics consent, a first-party visitor ID may connect the conversation to your website visit and later to an enquiry, trial account or customer relationship; without that consent, the conversation remains anonymous. Your browser stores a limited chat history and conversation reference so you can resume an earlier conversation. Use “New chat” or clear the website data in your browser to remove that local copy. Chat conversations are kept for no more than 180 days, subject to applicable privacy requests. The selected AI service receives only the limited conversation and published source information needed to answer.
Form security
When you submit a trial, demo, contact or privacy form, Cloudflare Turnstile performs a security check to limit automated abuse. The check starts only when you submit the form and is not used for optional website analytics. Cloudflare receives the technical browser and network information needed to assess the request; crewQI does not send your completed form contents or visitor ID to Turnstile.
